In March 2017, led a local protest against former member of parliament for his verbal abuse on a Female Junior Doctor of Sri Venkateswara Medical College, Tirupati in front of media and public and made him to apologize the victim Junior Resident Doctor.

Between May and July of 2017, re-organized and strengthened the Association called Andhra Pradesh Junior Doctors Association in AP State as more effective and powerful than ever before.

In September 2017, led a local protest against female ministerial staff working in Superintendent Office of SVRRGG Hospital for her man handling and verbal abuse on a Male Senior Resident Doctor in the Casualty and made her to surrender her services to the District Collector and  transfer to another place.

In October 2017, led a state wide protest against quackery, along with other doctor associations and successfully stopped the government training program of RMPs/PMPs/ Unqualified unregistered Allopathy practicing doctors.

Effective role in getting Hikes of  monthly stipends of 30% in total for the Junior Resident Doctors and a hike of monthly honorarium of Rs.33,200 to Rs.45,000 for respective Senior Resident Doctors with proper representations and regular follow-up at the secretariate in the Amaravati.

In February 2018, led a protest against One year compulsory rural service or Bonded labour and a played a key role in converting it as voluntary service for clinical specialties and cancellation for non-clinical specialties.

In May 2017, lodged a PIL in Hon’ble High Court against unlawful increase in private medical colleges fee by the Government and made it to cancel the related Government orders through the court orders.

Effective role in clearing all the arrears of stipend hike to junior doctors of 2013 to 2019 batches of A.P state.

Effective role in getting permissions for construction of hostel for post graduates in the S.V. Medical College campus from the Government with a cost of around Rs.16.5 crores with proper representations, regular follow up and through filing RTIs.

In June 2018, Fought against Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences in bringing eligibility to the Junior doctors for the PG Final Exams to save few months of their valuable time.

During the tenure, fought against the administrative negligence and unnecessary delay in the works at the office of SV Medical College, Tirupati and brought radical changes of  timely completion of office works without any bribe.

In August 2018, led a protest against the doctors responsible for Dr. Shilpa Suicide and got partial justice to her death by their suspension.

In August 2019, Fought against Central Government on NMC Bill issue along with other doctor associations and got demanded changes at its final enactment.

During tenure fought against all the issues of MBBS Students, Interns, Post Graduates and successfully resolved all most all the issues without involving any political parties.
